Original artwork and prints are shipped from two different locations (original paintings are shipped by me personally, and prints are fulfilled through my print partner). As such, if you order any number of paintings and prints in one order, please expect to receive two different shipments. You will get two separate tracking numbers to keep track of each package.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK:

Please note my website currently only supports shipping original paintings within the USA. If you are interested in an original piece and are located outside of the US, please email me (orders@carriechan.com) and I can work with you to provide a custom shipping quote.

Original Artwork is shipped free anywhere within the US via USPS Ground. Please allow 6-10 business days from time of purchase for your artwork to arrive. Feel free to email me if you require a different shipping courier or speed.

PRINTS:

Please note prints are currently only being shipped to the USA and Canada.

All prints are made to order. They typically take 2-5 days for production depending on the order, and then 6-10 days for delivery depending on your location. As such, please allow 8-15 business days to receive your order from time of purchase.

• Orders containing unframed prints only is $5 flat rate, and is shipped via USPS or UPS
• Orders containing any number of framed prints is $19 flat rate, and is shipped via USPS or UPS
• A tracking number will be provided with every order
