The burst of summer beginnings… this painting was painted using one of my favorite color trios— turquoise, magenta, and a rich purple—to mark the vibrant colors that summer brings (in the northern hemisphere, at least!). I love the textures that are at play here, and the subtly changing color blends and transitions that make you want to keep looking.

- Original paintings ship free within the US. If you are located outside of the US and are interested in purchasing an original painting, please email me (orders@carriechan.com) and I can provide a custom shipping quote depending on where you are located.
- If you purchase any prints alongside an original painting, they will be shipped in a separate package via my print partner. You will receive a separate tracking number for print orders.

- Please remember that each original artwork is painted by hand, and although I do paint in a very precise, technical style, I like to leave any “imperfections” in the painting as it’s a reminder to myself and to you that these are all hand-painted! “Imperfections” may include tiny paint splatters, painting slightly “outside the lines”, paper surface imperfections, etc. and are all captured as best as I can in photos in each product listing. By purchasing any original artwork, you are acknowledging these “imperfections” and are agreeing to love them as much as I do :)
- While I make every effort to represent the artwork digitally as close to the original as possible, please allow for slight color variance due to the differences in computer monitors.
